  14. My thanks to Datastorm. I have ProComm for Windows 2.11 and had a problem 
  15. with errors while downloading with my new SupraExpress 28800. Supra 
  16. support was nonexistant but the folks from Datastorm worked with me daily 
  17. for a week until the problem was solved. I also appreciate the advice 
  18. from those who suggested I look at NAVAS's FAQ. It helped me to 
  19. understand a few things. What did the trick? Not sure. I'll do some 
  20. detective work one day to find out. In the meantime, I'm happy with the 
  21. service I got and the fact that I can transfer files error-free.
